Jiri Nutrition is committed to providing you with efficient and reliable shipping services. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle shipping for our customers in Nepal. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Shipping Options and Costs

  • Standard Shipping (Pre-Payment through FonePay QR Code and Cash on Delivery):

    • Available for orders within Nepal. Cash on Delivery is only for orders within Kathmandu Valley.

    • Shipping is free of charge for all orders.

    • A handling fee may be charged for orders based on the order value.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

  • You will receive a notification phone call, email or SMS before your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Time

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, strikes, or peak seasons.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you may contact us anytime for tracking information.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid physical address for delivery.

6. International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are shipped exclusively within Nepal.

7. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address:

    • If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for failed deliveries. Please ensure that your delivery information is accurate before placing an order.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages:

    • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the courier. If you encounter such an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email us at operations@jirinatural.com or call +977-9851364369 or DM us on Facebook/Instagram with photos of the damaged packaging and products.

  • We will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
